Refund Policy for Three Trusts' Classes
Once you have enrolled in a course, and you need to miss a particular class, you may join another class session at a more convenient time (the classes must be taken in order).
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the class content, and you have attended all three sessions, you may ask for and receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of tuition.
Refund Policy for CLE
If you have registered for a class, but cannot attend, you may attend at a future date when the same class is offered. You are welcome to the materials, and will receive a Certificate of Completion once you have attended.
Refund Policy for Coaching
- Monthly: Fees are due by agreement, four sessions at a time, prior to the beginning of the second coaching session. If the client is dissatisfied at any time, any unused portion of the coaching fee will be pro-rated and refunded.
- Per Session: If coaching fees are paid per session, at the time services are rendered, no refunds will be given.

We will not rent, sell or in any other way share your personal information to any third party organization.
What do we do with your personal information?
Your IP address and web log information is tracked and stored for internal marketing purposes. Financial information is used for individual transactions only through PayPal; Three Trusts does not have access to the PayPal account information.
