Refund Policy for Classes

Once you have enrolled in a course, and you need to miss a particular class, you may join another class session at a more convenient time (the classes must be taken in order). 

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the class content, and you have attended all three sessions, you may ask for and receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of tuition.

Refund Policy for Coaching

  • Monthly: Fees are due by agreement, four sessions at a time, prior to the beginning of the second coaching session. If the client is dissatisfied at any time, any unused portion of the coaching fee will be pro-rated and refunded.
  • Per Session: If coaching fees are paid per session, at the time services are rendered, no refunds will be given.

Refund for The Ecuador Connection products

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on products from The Ecuador Connection.

What information do we collect about you?

Every time you log onto our website we will collect your IP address and standard web log information. When signing up for newsletters, you may be asked to submit one or more details of personal and/or financial information including your name, email address, and zip code.  When purchasing products or services from us, you may be asked to submit one or more details of personal and/or financial information including your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, CVV number and phone number.

Who do we share your information with?

We will not rent, sell or in any other way share your personal information to any third party organization. 

What do we do with your personal information?

Your IP address and web log information is tracked and stored for internal marketing purposes.  Your personal information is stored to your account, so that we may make future shopping convenient for you.  Financial information is used for individual transactions only and then discarded.  Financial information must be entered for each shopping session.  We do not keep a record of your payment accounts. 

How can you make changes to the personal information collected by us?

When purchasing products or services from us you are able to make changes to your personal account by clicking the “make account changes” link.
